Why do we get so caught up in what we are doing that we lose sight of what we are actually doing? For example, maybe you’re doing your regular yoga practice, but your mind is in a different place. Or maybe you are making a decision to be more mindful of your daily routine. We are so busy with our day-to-day activities that we rarely stop to take a moment to reflect on what we are really doing and how we are doing it.
It’s all so easy to see yourself in the mirror and see your reflection, but to really see who you really are, you need to stop and take a look at the situation from a different point of view. It’s time to look at the world from a different perspective, and that means you have to stop and really examine your own actions. Instead of jumping to conclusions based on your past actions, look at what you are doing now and see where you are going.
