So many times I find myself saying to myself, “I am not worthy of what I have.” This is a common fear that many of us have and it is one of the reasons people shy away from any kind of self-improvement.
We all have some degree of self-awareness, but to be able to see the big picture we need to take time to reflect and think about all the different ways in which we can be better. We can go to the gym to work out our weaknesses and put in the time to learn new skills. We can read books to expand our vocabulary and improve our reading comprehension skills. We can go to workshops and participate in a variety of activities to broaden our abilities.
In reality, however, self-awareness requires a lot of time, effort, and space. Most people don’t have the luxury of just sitting in a room taking a break from their day and thinking. We can’t just go to the gym and exercise all day. It’s hard to get the time to think, to do the work that will make you a better person.
The fact is that we need to be in a certain place or space to be self-aware. We need to do something to remind us of how we think and act. This is why I think we should all take a writing class.
That’s right, writing is one of the best ways to create self-awareness.
If this all sounds so great, then how about this: Imagine a person writing “I want to go to the beach.” And you just know you have to. You’ll get all the time that you need. If you have time for writing and think about it, then you can do something about it.
If you think that you have to go to the beach to get self-awareness, then I have news for you. Self-awareness is a skill and you don’t need to go anywhere to learn it. There are many ways to learn self-awareness, and even some of them will work just fine for you. As a general rule, the more you know, the easier it is to do the things that you want to do.
If you want to get more aware of what you think and feel, then go for it. If you think that you have to go to the beach to get self-awareness, then I have news for you. The third level of self-awareness is the one where you can find out what you want to think or feel and can find it in your own mind. This is the place where you can find out what you want to feel and do.
This is where we see the power of meditation. A number of people have recently spoken out on the benefits of meditation for different reasons. One person who suffered from chronic insomnia, which was always a problem for her, went and got a course on meditation and meditation made her sleep better. A different person is also now able to sleep better for no apparent reason. In both cases, it is obvious that the benefits of meditation are for those who suffer from insomnia.
