The difference between the three levels of self-awareness is that it’s the level of awareness we have when doing something that we think is self-evident and we are consciously aware of what it is we’re doing. The level of awareness we have when we’re doing something that we don’t think is self-evident and we aren’t consciously aware of what we’re doing.

The reason that these three levels are important is because they’re the level of awareness we have when we perform something that is self-evident and we are consciously aware of what were doing. So you might think that if we were aware of what we were doing with our minds, we’d be able to do it with our bodies in the same way. But we don’t actually do this.

In all honesty, I don;t think we have any idea what we were doing with our minds. I mean, we might know that we have some skill, but we have no clue as to what skill is. We dont know how to perform certain movements, how to communicate with other people, how to do the movements we are doing on our bodies. We think that we have some skill, then we perform something and then we are suddenly aware of a lot of our skills.

We might think we have some skill that we are aware of, but we know we arent. All we know is that we are not aware of our own skills. We know that we arent aware of ourselves. And that is the biggest problem with our present state. We know we arent aware of our minds, but we arent aware of ourselves. We know we have some skill, but we dont know what skill is.

People who are not aware of their minds/selves have no memory of their own actions. We have habits, routines, impulses, and reactions that control how we think, act, and who we are. We have a memory of our actions, but we dont have a memory of our own actions. It is very much like a time-loop. You become aware of your own actions, but you dont know who you are. We are aware of ourselves, but we dont know who we are.

There is a very simple solution to the problem of having no memory of our own actions. We can simply learn to have a memory of our own actions. We can learn to control ourselves and make our actions repeatable. We can learn to be aware of our actions, but we dont have to have a memory of our own actions.

The solution is called “self-awareness.” If we have a memory of our own actions, we can learn not to be afraid of our own actions. We can be aware of ourselves and our actions, but we dont have to have a memory of our own actions. What we have to do is learn to control those actions, to know where we are, what we are doing.

Self-awareness is about being able to remember and be aware of who we are, what we are doing, and what we are thinking without having a memory of our own actions. We can learn to control actions and how our actions affect our lives, but we dont have to have a memory of our own actions.
