If you’ve ever had a headache, you know what I’m talking about. The only difference between a headache and a bad mood is that a headache is “feeling” as opposed to a bad mood being “feeling” about something. If we can’t feel what we’re doing, we can’t do it. And if we’re not doing something, we can’t do it.

But now, Im talking about something more serious. The most common cause of a bad mood would be we cant feel anything, so we feel as if we cant do it. This is due to our brains sending out neural waves that keep our bodies from doing what they are supposed to do to keep us feeling the way we feel.

Brainwave entrainment, or BWE, is one of the reasons why we feel as if we cant do something. When we have a bad mood, we are also sending out a neural signal of a bad mood. This is the signal that tells our brains that something is wrong. In reality, however, we are not feeling the way we are supposed to.
