So there’s the first level of self-awareness. You are aware of what you’re doing. You’re aware of your surroundings, your surroundings are aware of you. It is an interesting state of mind to be in. You are aware that you do what you want to do. You are aware that you want to do something, but not that you’re doing it.
The issue with this is that the person who is aware (or not) of what theyare doing, is the person who is doing that. So if you dont know you are doing something, you are not doing it.
At least, that’s the conclusion of our research into the state of mind of people when they do something. Even if we know that we are aware, we still cannot really control or predict when or how we will act.
In the same way we don’t know for sure if we will drink the right amount of water or what color we will choose to paint our bedroom walls, we dont really know for sure if we are doing what we want to do. If we did, we wouldn’t be having that discussion right now.
This is the core of the problem with studying and controlling people. Most people are not good at thinking for themselves. This is where we get into the realm of self-awareness. Self-awareness is the ability to say, “I know what I want to do.” We are often not aware of how we act. We are aware of how we are acting, but we are not aware of the reasons why.
This is where the power of self-awareness lies. Self-awareness is the ability to say, I know what I want to do, but I don’t know why. It is when we know the reasons why something does or doesn’t happen what we do. For example, if you want to be a doctor, you know that there are reasons why you may not do it.
Self-awareness is also the ability to say, what I want to do and why I am doing it. In this way, self-awareness is the ability to say what we want to do and why it is happening. If we know why we are doing something, then we can understand why it is happening. For example, if I know why I am doing something, I can get a better idea of what it is, and I have more control over it.
When we are given a reason to do something, we can apply knowledge to it. For example, the reason I am doing something is because I have a medical condition. But if I know what my condition is and what it is because of that condition, then I can take steps to treat it. For example, if I know that I have a medical condition because of my condition, I can work with my doctor to help treat it. This is what I am doing.
You can do this on a much larger scale too. If you know that something is bothering you, you can identify it. For example, if I am a doctor, I can see if I have a similar condition and find out what I can do to help. This is what I am doing.
We are not saying that you should ignore your condition completely. However, it is important to take some time to identify what your condition is and what steps you can take to get better. This is what I am doing.
