The concept of Self-Awareness is something I’ve been using for a long time in my life. For example, I’ve used it to help me work with my friends and families in a healthy way. I’m a person who works for myself so I get to take a different approach to work and I don’t worry so much about what other people think of me.
Self-awareness is one of those things that, as much as I enjoy it, can be a bit intimidating. But to understand how we can use Self-Awareness to our advantage one must first understand what it is. Self-Awareness is the process of understanding one’s own awareness: how we think, feel, and act.
Self-awareness isn’t just an introspective exercise. Self-Awareness is an introspective exercise. It is the process of understanding our own awareness. I know what I’m doing because I know that I’m not doing it wrong.
The thing about self-awareness is that you can’t always tell the difference between yourself and others. If you’re the one who’s going to take a hit by a car, stop and think about what you’re thinking. If you’re the one who’s thinking about what you’re thinking, stop and think about what you’re thinking about. You can’t always put yourself out there and feel the pain.
When you start working with your body, you find that your body is much more aware of what you are doing. Thats because through your own action, you are learning to take care of yourself and your body, and that its self-awareness that allows you to take care of your body, and not the other way around.
A lot of our thoughts and actions are not so much autopilot as they are what we refer to as pre-thought. We are trying to take care of ourselves and our body when we are at other people’s houses. Thats why we tend to take out the garbage, clean up the dishes, and do the laundry. In a way, it becomes a way of self-care because we are doing something we have to do and we are doing it together with someone else.
I will admit that there are times when this pre-thought thing does seem to come up. I can honestly say that I’ve had a million thoughts about eating healthier and exercising more. But there’s a time for everything, and in my case, that time is after you’ve made a meal or finished a project. I’m not sure what made me think about eating healthier.
I think it came from when I worked in a restaurant. Ive never taken my clothes to the laundry and theres a time for everything. I think it comes with being in a position of authority, to not getting tired of washing your own clothes.
The story of Enzo, an alien, is just a way to get in touch with reality. When I read the story of Enzo, my mind was already on the scene, and I was thinking, “Hmmm… maybe this is a good way to get back in touch with reality?” I think that’s probably the only way I can get back in touch with reality.
