While serving as Director of Human Resources, Kimberly successfully led the hiring and recruitment group and labored to construct relationships to increase the pipeline of job candidates to fit critical roles inside the group. Kimberly Grove is the Chief of Staff and Chief of Human Resources for Capital Caring Health. In this role, she works with the CEO and provides direct executive support, acts as a liaison, assists with managing strategic initiatives and oversees executive administrative operations.

Dr. Heidi Young has greater than a decade of expertise as a hospice and palliative care physician. After incomes a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she attended Georgetown University School of Medicine. Donna got here to her role as a counselor after a midlife profession change. At 35 she lost her mother, then five years later, her father died all of a sudden.
Extensive background in important care, advanced coronary heart failure, and multi-organ transplantation. Practiced in Baltimore, MD, San Diego, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Washington, DC, and now Arlington, VA. When I’m not working, I love climbing, spending time with my nieces and my dog, Fred. Now she spends most of her time on the phone – typically with members of the family who’re worried about family members they’ll not see. She encourages new ways to attach with their loved ones, whether or not via know-how or care packages or regular visits to the window to say howdy. When she graduated from college, she commissioned as an officer in 2010 and labored in the reserves while she enrolled at Howard University School of Divinity to pursue her Master’s diploma.
Prior to his work with Capital Caring Health, Dr. Muir was Medical Director of the Palliative Care and Home Hospice Program of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He served as the my health jpmc Director of the Palliative Care Program of the Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Muir is Board-Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Irwin has been a hospice medical director with Capital Caring since 2004 and has also maintained a family drugs follow during that time. He appreciates the breadth of experience that includes helping folks through the entire vary of life, together with newborns, kids, adolescents, adults and older generations. He has been honored several occasions to obtain the Northern Virginia Magazine Top Doctor award, including in 2020 and 2021. Her education contains degrees in nursing, psychology, and metaphysics. Her background in nursing includes medical-surgical, geriatrics, addictionology, and behavioral health.
