Huma Flip is a super simple, yet totally delicious appetizer for the summer. The twist here is that this version of the huma is not fried, nor does it involve sautéing. Instead, it’s a simple, savory-yet-flavorful side dish that can be served alongside a meat-lovers meal or for a light meal on its own.
For those who have never tried it, huma Flip is a quick-and-easy treat that you can prepare for a couple of hours, which is enough to get your body burning up and having a hard time stopping by the bathroom. The ingredients are simple: chicken breast, tomatoes, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You can also add a bit of cheese for a more elaborate version that you can serve with a meat-lovers meal.
We know what you probably think: huma Flip is a terrible idea. Seriously. This is the dish that, if you are looking for a new idea for dinner, you need to stop at the drive-through window. You don’t get a choice. The dish will be delivered to your table unceremoniously. It is a disgusting mess that you likely won’t even be able to finish.

The good news is that huma Flip was given an updated recipe that makes it a lot more palatable.
