Liptard is a great way to learn about mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment. It’s why I love the practice of yoga, and I’ve included it as a part of my mindfulness lifestyle here on the blog.

Liptard does that by allowing you to observe your thoughts, feelings, and emotions without judgment. It lets you practice letting go. It also allows you to take a cue from your thoughts and emotions when you need to. When you’re mindful, you’re aware of what’s going on without judgment.
