This is an image gallery of mclaren images that I created for our recent F1 team photo shoot. I’ve been getting requests for the gallery to be part of our F1 team gallery since I began the process. I’ve received countless emails and texts from people asking when their pictures will be added to the gallery so I thought I’d share it with you all.
Withdrawing is one of the major tasks of the day: to make sure that you don’t break any rules, so that you can stay in shape at the same time and be more effective. I’ve been working with an image gallery for the last 8 years and I’ve found that most of the time there isn’t a lot of work to be done. We’ve learned that it’s not enough to just draw the eye, it’s a different kind of eye-tracker.

Yes, it applies to any job, except probably the ones that involve drawing, and even then it probably wont be as effective as it could be. To that end, Ive found that my favorite tools for drawing are brushes and pencils. I always find that when I draw I can get a sense of the work I need to do, and I can focus on that work without worrying about what the picture is going to look like.
