The fact is, it isn’t so much a question of how to be aware, but how to be aware of what we are actually doing.
I’ve been thinking about this recently after reading a book called “How to Be Aware” by vijay bhatkar, and the things he says about being aware really resonated with me. I think it’s important to learn to be aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. They are what give us the ability to control our lives. It is up to us to control ourselves.
I agree with both of you. This is why I started this blog so I could share my awareness with the world. It’s not just awareness of our actions, its awareness of our reactions. We all do things that we don’t like so we have to learn to make better decisions. I’m not saying that you have to be aware of everything you do. You can’t be. But you have to be aware of how you react to what you do.
The main reason for not trying to do anything at all is because you may have been feeling a little down about the fact that you might be doing something that you would not like to do. By doing something you can keep you from doing it, you are keeping yourself from doing it.
The point is not to try to control what you do, but to learn to control how you react to what you do. The best way to do this is to be conscious of it. That’s easier said than done. How do you do that? By learning to know when you have done something that you would not like to do.
This is pretty easy to say but its hard to do. When you are self aware you will then be able to control your reactions to all that you do. When you are not self aware you will react out of fear, fear in this case being the inability to take that which is life threatening very seriously.
In the movie, you play a part in a series of events that eventually change the life of a young man named Vijay. The more you know about the consequences of the choices you make, the more you will be able to accept them and not feel too guilty about them.
In this case, it’s more about accepting the consequences of your choices and then doing something about it. In real life it’s more about the choice to be afraid.
The story begins with a young man named Vijay (known to the world of Deathloop as Vijay Bhattarjee) waking up in a hospital bed suffering from a severe heart condition. It seems like he has a long history of heart problems and it doesn’t take long for him to realize that he’s suffering from something far worse than just a broken heart. In this case it’s a rare blood disorder that affects the heart muscle.
