If you are like most people, your name is the last thing on your birth certificate, at best. Its the one thing on there that you can really change. Not only is your name your last piece of paper, it is also the last piece of paper you have at all. When you were born the last piece of paper you had was the one that was signed by your godparents, not the one that your father signed.
That’s why most people have a second or third name. If you go back and look at your birth certificate, you can see that your first name is the last thing on there. Its the one thing that truly establishes your identity. Your first name is your last name, and your second name is the last thing on there that actually says who you are, you know what i mean? So if you want to change your father’s name on your birth certificate, you can.
However, what you are changing is a legal requirement. You have to change an old name into a new one. In this case, it seems that your father (not that guy from the movie) had a different last name (e.g., Egan) when he was in the military, and then he went into business with the Egan name. For example, he might have been John A. Egan. Then he left the military and used his new name, John A.
But to change an old name into a new one, you need to get the old name put on a new birth certificate, which does not exist with the old name.
A new birth certificate is just a way to get a birth certificate of your own, and this is a crucial part of your life. In this case, it’s probably the most critical part of your life that is important, but it is also the most important part that is never seen. Some years ago I was told that my father was actually the son of a guy called John A.Egan.
Yeah, that’s right, Mr. Egan, because I actually have a birth certificate of my own! I don’t know what happened to my father, but it was a long time ago and I’ve just got this one.
This story is a great example of how not to change a birth certificate. The first of John A.Egan’s sons was named John A.Egan II. It didnt matter to anyone who the father was, so I decided to change his name to John A.Egan III. My dad didn’t mind. He liked the name, and I knew he couldn’t do anything about it, but I didnt want him to suffer because of it.

I know the birth certificate is supposed to be a pretty simple form of identifying information, but it’s not. The law requires it be changed to a full-fledged passport or birth certificate. Many states will do it for you, or you can go to your local government office and ask for it. Once you’ve changed it, you then have to sign and date it. It’s a pain to do.
